Sheet Metal Fabrication
INCOTE possesses full in-house capabilities for processes including laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, riveting, tapping, welding,and deburring.
Backed by a standardized process system, INCOTE helps customers confidently meet the demanding challenges of high-mix, low-to-medium volume, and high-spec orders.
Through lean manufacturing transformation and digital management, combined with the introduction of (semi-) automated production processes, we shorten lead times while ensuring product quality.
Stamping & Deep Drawing
Whether for high-volume molds with an annual output of over 100,000 pieces or special structural molds with an annual output of just 1,000 pieces, INCOTE meets both mass production and customization needs through flexible manufacturing capabilities.
Our stamping and hydraulic equipment covers tonnage ranges from 16 to 500 tons, with a maximum bed length of 2.5 meters.
Machining
Leveraging precision equipment such as 5-axis machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and turn-mill centers, along with flexible operational management, INCOTE provides customized, high-precision, high-quality machined parts and assembled functional components, including process solutions for special products.
INCOTE’s machining center is equipped with over 100 international-brand CNC machines, offering a maximum precision of 0.002 mm and a maximum travel of 2000 mm, providing full-dimensional machining support for complex structural components.
Welding
INCOTE holds international welding system certification (EN 15085) and qualifications for multiple welding processes, serving industries
with high safety welding standards including rail transportation and medical equipment.
We offer a full range of welding solutions from precision pipe fittings to large enclosures, covering material thicknesses from 0.1 mm to
25 mm, materials including stainless steel, copper, aluminum, carbon steel, and titanium, as well as over ten welding processes such as
automatic laser welding and vacuum brazing. We provide custom welding process solutions for special structural requirements.
Surface Treatment
INCOTE offers one of the most comprehensive in-house surface treatment capabilities in the industry,including electroplating, anodizing, electropolishing,painting, powder coating, and silk screening. We also provide precision cleanroom cleaning with cleanliness levels from Class 1,000 to Class 100. We deliver professional and systematic surface treatment solutions for demanding industries such as scientific instruments,semiconductors, lasers, optics, and high-end industrial equipment.
Assembly & Testing Solutions
To help customers reduce material management and operational costs, INCOTE provides one-stop services from component assembly to overall functional verification.
Equipped with ESD assembly areas, precision assembly areas, and cleanrooms of Class 10,000 and Class 1,000, we support the assembly of electrical products, cleanroom components, precision structural parts, chambers, and frames.
