Since the early days of the company, INCOTE has been committed to standardized quality management. We formally established the
ISO 9001 Quality Management System in December 2003. As we expanded our business scope, we have built and improved various management systems and obtained corresponding certifications:

To put this philosophy into practice, the company established its Environmental Management System in July 2006, with fully compliant environmental facilities in place. Meanwhile, we continuously advance health and safety management, setting up an internal ESG Office. Through 5S and regular safety inspections, we steadily improve our EHS performance and actively promote clean production and process improvement initiatives to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction targets.
