Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary contact for customers regarding quality standards and requirements, and take ownership of achieving customer quality targets.
3. Conduct reviews of new product projects and analyze/resolve process quality issues during mass production.
4. Handle customer quality complaints, lead root cause analysis, verify corrective actions, and ensure issue closure and continuous improvement.
5. Train and promote quality standards, monitor on-site implementation and results, and drive continuous quality improvement.
6. Coordinate with customers during system audits to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Under 35 years old, with an associate degree or higher.
3. Proven ability in quality planning and leading improvement projects.

5. Familiar with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems and proficient in quality tools such as the 7 QC Tools and APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.

1. Develop procurement plans and budgets, and execute purchases based on business needs to ensure reasonable costs, quality, and on-time delivery.
3. Track the execution of purchase contracts, coordinate internal and external resources, resolve issues, and ensure smooth procurement operations.
4. Control and optimize procurement costs by tracking and analyzing spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving cost efficiency.
5. Analyze and improve purchased products and services based on business needs and market conditions to enhance overall procurement quality and efficiency.
Requirements
1. Strong communication skills and a proven team player.
3. Good risk awareness, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in procurement management.
4. Familiarity with supply chain management is preferred.
5. Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement management, with experience in precision sheet metal and machining procurement preferred. High professional standards and ethics required.

1. Oversee daily production management in the assembly workshop, ensuring the monthly production rate meets or exceeds 95%.
3. Implement a lean production system to reduce the assembly cycle time by over 20%.
4. Manage an assembly team of 60+ people, ensuring a 100% pass rate for employee skill certifications.
Requirements
1. Major in mechanical engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly of communication enclosures/cabinets or small home appliances (TV, refrigerator, etc.).Experience as an Assembly Engineer is preferred.
3. Has successfully led more than 3 lean improvement projects, achieving annual cost savings of over ¥500,000.
4. Proficiency in MES systems and experience in digital workshop transformation.
5. Strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working efficiently under pressure.

1. Assist in developing procurement policies and workflows, support the team in achieving purchasing targets.

Requirements
1. Education & Skills: Major in mechanical, mechatronic, CNC or related fields preferred.
3. Professional Knowledge: Extensive supplier resources and channels; ability to assess supplier production capacity and quality.
