Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate with customers on quality standards and requirements, and be responsible for the achievement of customer quality targets.

2. Conduct product quality planning, formulate quality control plans, inspection standards and complete FAI documentation.
3. Summarize new product projects, analyze and improve process quality non-conformities in mass production stage.
4. Handle customer quality complaints, lead root cause analysis, verify corrective actions, follow up problem closure and continuous optimization.
5. Organize training and promotion of quality standards, follow up on-site implementation and result verification, and continuously promote overall quality improvement.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of working experience in quality or process related positions in the machinery industry.

1. Major in mechanical manufacturing; more than 3 years of experience in chassis and cabinet assembly for communication equipment or small home appliance industry such as TV and refrigerator; candidates with assembly engineer experience are preferred.

2. Proficient in applying lean production tools including 5S, standard work, SMED and TPM.
3. Successfully led more than 3 lean improvement projects with annual cost savings exceeding 500,000 RMB.
4. Skilled in MES system with practical experience in workshop digital transformation.

Job Responsibilities

PMC Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate medium and long term development plans as well as annual quarterly and monthly operational targets for PMC department in accordance with company overall strategy including delivery rate inventory turnover production efficiency and cost control.

2. Develop accurate material requirement plans based on production schedules BOM and inventory status.
3. Analyze production capacity bottlenecks, coordinate manpower and equipment resource allocation, conduct capacity load evaluation and balance, and put forward suggestions for capacity expansion and optimization.
4. Monitor overall inventory amount turnover and slow-moving materials, analyze inventory structure, promote inventory optimization and slow-moving material disposal to reduce inventory cost.
5. Establish and optimize PMC management system processes regulations and standard operating procedures.

6. Continuously promote PMC process optimization lean production implementation and in-depth application of information systems.

7. Guide and review detailed daily and weekly production scheduling of workshops to ensure feasibility and optimal arrangement and guarantee timely and complete material supply.

Job Requirements

1. Major in machinery; more than 7 years of PMC working experience in sheet metal or machining industry including at least 5 years of PMC management experience; candidates with home appliance or auto parts industry background are preferred.

2. Proficient in ERP systems such as UFIDA Kingdee and SAP as well as MES planning module, able to independently formulate MRP calculation logic.
3. Practical experience in production scheduling under multi-variety small-batch and cluster workshop layout environment.
4. Sensitive to data with rigorous logical thinking; able to thoroughly investigate reasons when the order fulfillment rate is below 95%; strong pressure resistance, available for peak season and emergency evening meetings.


Purchasing Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Organize the formulation of purchasing management regulations and workflows, lead the team to complete purchasing tasks and achieve purchasing targets.

2. Optimize purchasing systems and workflows through internal and external communication and coordination to improve operational efficiency.
3. Improve and optimize supplier database price database contracts and various work templates to enhance overall purchasing capability and efficiency.
4. Responsible for training of purchasing staff and providing support and coordination for purchasing projects.
5. Formulate and implement annual purchasing price reduction plans in accordance with annual procurement budget and cost reduction requirements.
6. Track and manage working progress of purchasers and purchasing projects, coordinate and solve problems in daily procurement operations.

Job Requirements

2. Practical purchasing experience in machining hardware and mechanical materials is preferred; overseas purchasing experience is a plus.
