On June 25, recommended by our Kawasaki partners, our company successfully hosted the 2026 Factory Tour for China Kawasaki Robotics Alliance. Over 70 alliance guests attended the event. Participants conducted in-depth exchanges through thematic presentations, workshop tours and lean seminars, witnessing our lean management achievements and overall corporate strength on site.

The event commenced with a thematic exchange meeting. Mr. Shinji Hotta, Chairman of the Alliance, expressed his gratitude for our elaborate planning and thoughtful arrangements throughout the preparation work.

Mr. Ying Xiaochun, Deputy General Manager of Sales, then delivered a comprehensive briefing covering corporate profile, core businesses, technical strengths and future development blueprint, demonstrating our solid operational capability and accumulated industry experience. 

Subsequently, Ms. Wang Wei, Deputy General Manager of Operations, delivered a special presentation regarding the evolution, implementation roadmap and frontline practical experience of the IBS system. She systematically interpreted the core philosophy and practical experience in establishing and upgrading our lean management system, fully presenting the outcomes of our lean transformation and on-site management optimization.

Upon the conclusion of the sharing session, guests visited the factory in staggered groups with dedicated interpreters. 

The tour covered four core workshops in sequence: machining workshop, sheet metal workshop, rail transit component workshop and general assembly workshop, followed by the production workshop of our fluid subsidiary. Guests obtained intuitive knowledge of our lean production implementation via a full inspection of production processes, intelligent manufacturing facilities and full-range quality control systems across all divisions.

During the visit, all on-site operations were standardized and orderly. All employees wore required personal protective equipment. Forklift and overhead crane operators operated in compliance with safety rules with proper yielding behavior. Unobstructed passages and standardized 5S management reflected our solid lean management foundation and positive employee demeanor.

The successful hosting of this event is solid recognition from the industry of our manufacturing capacity, lean management proficiency and brand reputation. Going forward, we will keep absorbing advanced lean concepts from the industry, refine production management continuously and consolidate our core competitiveness. We will further deepen industrial exchanges and strategic cooperation, empower customers with robust manufacturing capabilities and contribute to the high-quality development of the whole industry.
